Support for an item means that the author will be available to you, the buyer, to assist any bug, issues you have in using the item.

What does support include?

  • A purchased item includes item support for 6 months from the purchase date.
  • The item support can be extended by the buyers by purchase support extensions on these items.
  • During the item support period, the author is expected to be available to answer your general questions about the item and how to use it.
  • Help with reported bugs and issues.
  • Help with included 3rd party assets.
  • Any future update of an item made available by author.

What support does not include with item?

  • Authors are not required to provide customization and installations support.
  • Authors are not required to support issues related to hosting, server environment, or software installed on your machine to use the item.
